All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).

By purchasing or enrolling, you agree to:

  • Complete payments according to selected plan

  • Fulfill installment agreements if on payment plan

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services and materials.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, intellectual property, and consultative services:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a signed client agreement.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Completed consultations

  • Missed appointments

  • Partial program participation

Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Whole Healing Method™.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Whole Healing Method™ including but not limited to:

  • PDFs

  • Educational materials

  • Course content

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Written content

  • Program structures

Is the intellectual property of Whole Healing Method™ and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, shared, or resold without written permission.

Unauthorized use constitutes intellectual property infringement.

8. User Conduct

By engaging with this website and services, you agree not to:

  • Record sessions without consent

  • Distribute proprietary information

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whole Healing Method™ and Brittany Bash, Functional Medicine Practitioner, PhD, BSN, AAS, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Program participation

  • Digital product purchase

  • Implementation of educational materials

11. Modification of Services

Whole Healing Method™ reserves the right to:

  • Update pricing

  • Change offerings

  • Discontinue services

At any time without prior notice.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to services or materials if terms are violated.

Termination does not relieve financial obligations already incurred.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, rather than through court litigation or any class action. To the extent a matter is not subject to arbitration, you agree it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Each party shall bear its own costs except as otherwise required by law.

Service Eligibility & Geographic Scope

Whole Healing Method™ provides educational and consultative wellness services to residents of the United States. Because the laws governing wellness, nutrition, and related services vary by state, you are responsible for ensuring that your participation is appropriate and permitted in your state of residence. Whole Healing Method™ reserves the right to decline, limit, or discontinue services to any individual based on jurisdiction or other factors, at its sole discretion. Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation to provide services in any particular state or location.

Affiliate & Earnings Disclosure

Whole Healing Method™ may receive compensation through affiliate relationships and product sales. This includes commissions or margin earned when you purchase supplements or other products through our online dispensary, such as Fullscript, or through links we provide, as well as revenue from the sale of our digital guides and educational materials. You are never required to purchase any product, and any product mentioned is shared for educational purposes only. We only recommend resources we believe may support your education and wellbeing.
